M67 from a train

This is the M67 as seen from a train travelling between Newton and Godley.

Visitors have remarked before how quiet the M67 looks, but I only travel off-peak. The end of the motorway at Hattersley is just around the bend and from about 3pm until well past 6 traffic is likely to be backed up from there to here.

It's amazing how much a difference the time of day can make with traffic back-up. From my window at work, I can see both north and southbound I-5. Sometimes it's at a standstill, right here in the center of Portland. I am so happy that I don't have to commute on it.

Now I know why I like to wake up in the morning...The feeling that the only one who is breathing in the day is ...hmmmm...me :)

You have become very inventive in the placement of your signature. It adds an element of fun to try and find where you place it each day.

Just like in my part of the world public transit is the best way to travel during rush hour. The train ride to downtown is 1 hour by car 2 hours but on weekends 45 minutes.
