Godley Station in the rain
This is Godley Station which lies between Newton and Hattersley on the line from Manchester Piccadilly to Glossop and Hadfield.

Nice perspective drawing the eye down to the people at the end.
Remember when the train used to stop at Godley East, before the current Godley Station was created?
Now long defunct, it was about a quarter of a mile from this one, on the opposite side of the A57,up the side road.
