Spring has come early this year.
Our own group of daffs were starting to shoot up in
mid-January. They are now showing yellow buds but are yet to fully flower.
I found this one in the garden of the Lower Higham Visitor Centre on Sunday.

The weather's been grey and miserable for so long that I now believe in that SAD syndrome.

Nice daffodil! I have some also but they are from last spring. Not so much as a crocus here!

I have daffodils today too but mine are from last year. I am anxiously awaiting spring since I didn't get the snow I wanted. . .

My daffodils are out too - the earliest they've ever been!
Oh how lovely! No daffs yet in Glasgow that I've seen, though I saw snowdrops at the weekend and my first crocuses today.

it will be quite awhile before we see daffodils here. Very nice.
I would love for spring to come, if only I were through with loving winter. Such mixed feelings. I will watch for the first daffodil and the first pelican. The first robin has been here already.
