Reflections

Remember the roadworks on Market Street?

Here is a reflective look at them. Towards the top right is the shop sign for Up & Running.

"Les miroirs feraient bien de réfléchir" was the title of a french book with ambiguity about the meaning of the verb.
"Mirrors should better reflect ( or think about it).
Nice photo.

The good one is "Les miroirs feraient bien de réfléchir avant de renvoyer les images". It was said by Jean Cocteau and borrowed by François Bon for a book.
"Mirrors should better reflect (think) before they return the images".

I guess "orange" color us used all over with road construction or destruction. It points up the fact that there is some things that we could recognize without words. We or I should say those who work on our roads here generally use a large plastic drum colored orange to warn drivers and others of the danger in the area and to direct them off or away from it.
