Werneth Low West

I had to stretch through an open window and use a long lens to get these views.

Just appearing on the right is the steeple of Hyde Chapel. On the horizon you can see the distinctive Ash Trees near the triangle at Cowlishaw Road and on the left is the Hare & Hounds.

Panning further left, we can just see the tower of Holy Trinity as Higham Lane sweeps up to Four Lane Ends.

Very nice! When I enlarged the second one I noticed that cute little bird sitting on that branch in the foreground!

Hope you were securely grounded! It was worth it for the beautiful views.

Turns out I did some stretching out of a hotel window myself yesterday evening, aiming for a night view. Afterwards, I never understand why I would do such a thing.
