These terraces on Godley High Street close to
St John's are dated 1860 but have quite evidently been much modernised in recent years.

they look stunning - like snow white houses - perfect for christmas
They do look really lovely - even though they've been modernised they look like they've retained their character.
1860? Goodness. And I'm having problems with our 40 year old house!
I hope you and your family had a wonderful, joyous holiday, Gerald!
Updated but still quite lovely.
Very unique in comparison to what we have in our part of the country. We assume that these are residences.
They have a very nun habit and wimple look to them.
It's a color photo, isn't it?
The houses look are stark beauties. It's wonderful that they have survived and been upgraded.
Looks like double glazing now in those windows
These houses have character. I stayed several times in Cornwall with friends in such a house and that was very nice.
