Johnson Brook Road
Last week I showed you the Road Tunnel at Hyde North.
This is the other side. Johnson Brook Road is a rough cobbled street that ends by the tunnel leading through to Junction Road.
For most of its length the Johnson Brook forms the boundary between Hyde and Dukinfield.

I think I drove through there once. It sure looks familiar.
I'm happy to see the other side of the tunnel!
I thought you might need barbed wire to separate you from Dukinfield.
Loved Kaz's comment.
This as got to be the worse road in Hyde... but I hope itnever gets fully Tarmaced.
I love this picture, I would imagine cobblestone streets are harder and harder to find!
Please don't let the cobbles go. S lot of midland town look like this, apart from the cobbles, and that's why they should stay.
I agree, its nice to see the cobbles, if and when they pull down and rebuild.
