Frosty Willows

Remember my photo of Willows by the Peak Forest Canal?

Yesterday I was on the towpath and took a picture from the opposite direction.

On the left hand side is a Canal Warehouse dating from 1828, now used as offices.

Ahead is the Manchester Road Bridge.

I like the warehouse by the canal. It must be a nice place to have an office in.
I like pigeons, too :-)

It does look cold here. I like the fact that the 1828 building is still in use--that's fabulous.

It's reassuring when old buildings are used as offices. I hate to see them demolished.

I was in Manchester about 15 years ago...how time flies. The canal seems much improved :-)
