By the time you read all that lot, danger would already have struck! :)
I was walking past there this morning a fell down the curb whist reading that... it's a danger I say.;)
Oh, my, what a scary sign! Who knew there were so many dangerous things that could happen in a single place?
If it weren't for all the CCTV cameras, I would be tempted to sneak in and put up a "let's call the whole thing off" sign.
Seriously though, I noticed with considerable glee that the scaffolding the cleaning crew put up on our little apartment building has no "stay off unless you're authorized" sign. Plus, it looks amazingly sturdy. I'm going up there to take photos.
