When I showed you
this sculpture in April 2006, the premises housed a pizzeria.
This is a back view of the statue and the premises on Milk Street are now a wine bar called

Google tells me that 'Prima e Dopo' means 'Before and After'.
Is this a warning to the binge drinkers of Tameside?
I confirm: prima "before" dopo "after" and Pagliacci (one "g") means "Clowns"
