Kong's Chinese Takeaway
Some time ago, a visitor to the site mentioned Kong's which is a long established Chinese Takeaway. I have shown a glimpse of it on a picture last year, but here is a better look at it.
It is only closed because I took the picture mid-morning before it opened.
Another favourite chippy though, Tommy Chow's remains closed, but happily Bosun's is still going strong.

Nice photo of Kong's. Do you eat there? I enjoy Chinese food.
We have a guest's photo in the Guelph blog today!

I love the slightly old fashioned look of this. Hope they don't give it a makeover.
Mine's 'King Prawn Tomato'.
There are a lot of them in UK. It's not the same here, only some American fastfoods and Turkish take-aways.
Kongs is great,
I went to school with two of the sons... at that time it was a Chinese Laundry run by the same family. Very hard working and decent people and I'm proud to say I know them
I love anything curry! Our neighborhood "Kong's" is Thai, and we are solid fans.
This is really brought smile to my face as its name reminds me to my childhood friend named KONG and we often made joke on him called KING KONG ;o) *LoL*
Me encantarÃa entender...
DeberÃa saber idiomas, con uno no es suficiente...
I had to smile at the "curried chicken" and "fish and chips" at the "Chinese" place.
I see on the side of the green bin, it says "your litter please". I thought 'litter' was an american term, i am surprized to see it there. What ever happened to plain old 'rubbish'
Litter is the term we use for the stuff in the street.
Rubbish is the term for what we throw away at home.
