Here is the Western edge of Werneth Low
["Low" is an Old English word meaning "hill"].Poking into view is the steeple of Hyde Chapel.
You can tell from the trees which way the wind blows.

English can be confusing. Low means a hill and downs are uplands.

The spire itself has some interesting edges. Obviously you do not live on the edge; your place is quite lovely
