Through Godley Arches

Last Sunday I showed you the steps to Godley Station.

Turning left at the bottom of that set, before descending to the road, I took a photograph through one of the Godley Arches.

You can see the arches and the steps from street level in a post from January 2007.

Very nice shot, Gerald. I like such arches or viaducts. They are impressive masterpieces. I want to suggest a visit on my post from 2010-03-05. There is a wonderful arch in Stuttgart too. It is used as a railroad bridge.

Best wishes from Stuttgart. Steffen.

You know, you come to a blog, you read and look at the photo and something clever pops into your head to say... until... you scroll down the comments and see everyone else was already the same clever! I guess that validates! Nice photo, nice angle, Gerald. :-D
