Nature is Back

A few months ago I asked Where have all the flowers gone? and showed you this railway cutting wall where the Trans Pennine Trail passes under Stockport Road all "tidied up".

Well it hasn't quite got to the state it had reached in August 2006 but is certainly getting there.

Great shot and what a difference to your post from May. Nice to see that nature recaptures lost ground.

I think the recent rain has helped boost some growth - my lawn has now recovered and needs a short back and sides ..

Love the scene: the trail, the arching bridge, the stone, the greenery. . .
