When I posted a photo of Manchester road
last October I thought the Wellington Hotel would be gone within a week or so.
Here is how it still looks from the top deck of a bus. The roof has been stripped and the inside gutted. The building of new houses on the old Automasters site continues apace. Maybe they intend to retain the hotel facade but I doubt it.
