M67 on a wet afternoon
A quick look from the Eastern footbridge by Hyde bus station of traffic along the M67 on a wet afternoon a few weeks ago.
I shall be flying off to sunnier climes tomorrow (ash-clouds permitting) so you may not see me commenting on other blogs for a week or so.
Posts are scheduled to appear as normal in my absence. Don't think you can post nasty or spam comments while I'm away though as my good friend Rune of Visual Norway will be keeping an eye on things until I get back.

A safe road and journey ahead of you.

Could be SoCal on a Sunday morning...if the lorrie was different and the light fixtures.
I like them all.
Hope you got on your way to a grand vacation.
I don't think we are going to get away at all.
Have a nice trip Gerald, enjoy your time!

Sorry about how things are happening with this ash cloud Gerald... it will need a change of wind and good luck now... I'll be keeping my fingers crossed for you.
We are going nowhere!
What a pity about your holiday, Gerald.
Still, look on the bright side - you can get the ferry to Northern Ireland and visit Portrush again!
Although your first impression of the town was perfectly correct.
Thanks for including my blog in your "Around the world" guide.
Sam.
Really sorry to hear your trip has been affected by the ash cloud Gerald - hope you manage to get away somewhere when flights are up & running again.
