Across the
Diamond Row Open Space, formerly a reservoir now covered, are some new apartments on Lilly Street.
They look to be on stilts but this is because the ground floor is a car park.

Will also save them if it floods. I believe the Thames Barrier gates may not be sufficient in the future.
Very pretty building, but scary if you come from earthquake country!
