This old tree at Foxholes is up a banking alongside the old railway which is now part of the Trans Pennine Trail. Behind it is a field.

It's interesting to me how old trees get to look so gnarly, just like old men...like me?

Bonjour Luxembourg
Interesing colours, nice composition.
It is a magnificent tree and I love what you did to the colors of the image!
une belle prise de vue de cet arbre !
Very nice photograph!
I've looked at all your photos on this page, but I keep coming back to this one. I really like the coloring and subject. It has an eerie goodness to it that I find very appealing.
I love your treatment of this. It's almost like a painted bronze casting.
Beautifully done with great composition and a "Connemara" feel to it.
Nice!
