This week (and a day) is devoted to a series of photographs of Automasters.
Today's picture shows some of what was still standing in October 2008 when the demolition contractors had got started in earnest.
It is a closer view of the scene published here on
22nd October 2008.
I later took a walk along the canal past some
fishermen and that picture shows a nearer view of what I assume are black storage tanks.

I look forwards to see what all this removal of old factory ended up with - a new shopping centre?
We have a lot of building in our village going on right now, but first other places have to be demolished and our one and only park has to go and make place for houses.
Maybe...they 'll make a new mall there.
