Border Post
Today's picture comes from my recent photo-trip around Broadbottom.
The river Etherow forms the boundary between Cheshire and Derbyshire.
In the middle of the river, straddling the border, is one of the supports for the Broadbottom Viaduct which carries the railway line from Manchester to Glossop.
Want to see the top of it?
Then if you haven't been there already, check-out last week's Skywatch Friday on Ackworth born, gone West.

Those viaducts amaze me. Just thinking about the building process makes me slightly dizzy. Thanks Gerald.
