Theatre Royal: Frieze detail (2)


I recently featured the frieze from the top of the Theatre Royal Onward.

This is the second of two photographs showing part of the frieze in more detail. Do click on the picture above to see it at its best.

The first one was from the right hand side of the frieze. This one is a detail of part of the coat of arms.

All of your photos are so interesting. We don't have things like that in Owasso...of course Oklahoma just had our 100 yrs of statehood....so you can see why I don't have all of these really old fabulous places to photograph!

From now onwards we have a lot to thank the old hands for when they created interesting buildings like this one. The colour is distinctive.
