Broomstair Bridge again


It is a year and a half since I posted a picture of the view from Broomstair Bridge.

Here is a picture of the bridge itself, looking at it from upstream.

I prefer the view from the bridge with all those beautiful fresh green leaves. Winter can be so ...grey. The photo is vet evocative though

I worked across the road in that yard for a while. This bridge is a good place to spot King Fishers Gerald. They come up the river and under that bridge and rest on a couple of pipes sticking out. I was there yesterday but not a sign of them, but I saw a pair of Golden Eye Ducks
