St Georges Altar
Here is the altar at St Georges Church.
On the left hand side you can see the plain modern lectern, which these days seems to be preferred over the eagles lectern I showed you earlier.

I really like the vivid red and white, contrasted with the muted turquoise. What time of day did you take the photo, please? The glow coming through the windows seems comforting to me.
It was taken mid-afternoon on the Heritage Open Day - see earlier photos of the Eagle Lectern and the Handbell Ringers.
