The colour of the building and the contrast with the sky is very dramatic Gerald.
Yes, stunning contrast.
beautiful colorful
Please drop at my SWF post also: in HERE and HERE Thanks
i agree with wayne - red-brick and sky-blue remind me of some nice pyjamas my kids wear!
I love the blue skies with that red building!~Stunning shot:)I posted mine too, HERE! Happy SWF!~
nice colors in this photos.
I like the colors, too, but I really like the way the fence leads into the picture.
Very cool - nice to have some background info on the location too! Great post.
I like it when old buildings can be recycled. Good post!
What a colorful post you have today.
the sky is dramatic and love the color just popping up.
The sky is a perfect backdrop for that colorful building!
Nice skywatch Gerald, think I will give the gym a miss.
Moody looking sky. Glad to see an old building getting a new lease of life.
The angry sky brings out the colour of the building so very well.
Very nice colour contrast between the sky and the buildings.
This makes a nice contrast in colors.
My Sky Watch Friday blog is at my Canon Pixels blog. If you have time I would appreciate your having a look at the sky peeking through the oak tree leaves.
Beautiful photo,love the colours!
That's a great shot with the clouds in the background and the color of the building..
Nice Photo..
Looks over saturated!
A great picture.
That colour, the bricks, that orangy hue is amongst my most favourite of all.
Love the contrast of the sunshine on the building and the sky. Great shot!
Great photo!
nice colors! nice contrast! Lovely!
There's a threatening sky, for you...
I like seeing people succeed too, Gerald. You've given him some free publicity and now we want a photograph of you in the ring!
Lovely strong red set off against that ominous sky. Very nice.
The sky looks really menacing but it shows off the red brick building beautifully..
stunning contrast!
Green, orange, red, blue... all stand out and work together. Great combination of man-made and natural colours. I like how the colors act as steps into the sky.
Dramatic picture, I like the contrast between sky and the building.
Those clouds look threatening - had it rained or was it about to???
Very good photo and like everyone else I also like the color of the building against the darkened sky... it's a very neat contrast... it works very well!

Mountain Retreat
It is quite a dramatic scene. Someone else pointed out the fence leading you in and I agree. It's good to see a positive use for an old building for a chamge too.
Great shot! I love the effect you got with the dark sky and the sun putting a spot light on your subject. Your area is undergoing some radical changes in the use of old buildings for new purposes. I like the way these buildings are being "repurposed" rather than razed.
Love that brick red against the dark sky!
Lovely mix of colours. Great idea to make a new use for an old building.
very lovely contrast of the sky and the building. nice perspective as well!
Greetings from Juneau, Alaska!
It's been a while since I've had a chance to visit your blog. It's been fun playing catch up.
I really like this shot. I love how the color of the buildings brightens up the otherwise dark, overcast sky. Nice contrast!:)
Dennis Loves the colors and the sky so unpredictable a sky.
