The ABC factory has quite a history, even batik.
Bullrushes? Is that what you call the tall things growing along the stream on the side? We call them "cat tails."
My comment is the same as Abe's. On Wikipedia, a search for Bullrush or Cattail will redirect the same page about Typha.
It doesn't look poluted, I guess a wax industry is a good neighbor.
