I remember when this station used to be looked after by an old man. Since he passed away, it has never been the same & was left to rot for years. Though finally the railways have done something about it and re-opened the underway walk path. The platforms have had a lick of paint. It's a shame that trains aren't frequent, and as the author says the station is not exactly central!!
