Men at Work

The Daily Photo theme for March 1st is Men at Work.

Here we see the species busy on Hamnett Street.

The last time I showed you a picture of the street, there was a rainbow in the sky.

I don't know if these are the same men as the ones I saw earlier on Church Street.

Are the men at work those doing the street repair or the PC repair?

Street construction complete with to many supervisors may be the most common photo today.

And there they are...working. Hope the road looks fantastic when they're done :)

We have to thank them for the good roads :-)

Does that road dead end? How temporary is temporary? Here, temporary can be pretty permanent.

Great shot Gerald. Road works abound eh?

I feel guilty that i'm not displaying others' theme entrants. The code i had didn't work. Any chance you can email me your code Gerald and i'll see if that works?

Looks like major digging on the construction site. Hope it didn't affect the traffic to much.

Could you double check your Brussels link? You have a different one than I do and I couldn't reach your one.

denton: The PC repair sign is a shop in the street.

ravenchase: there is a road across the bottom leading into the Bus Station. At this top end is a "pedestrianised" area -- Woolworths is on the corner -- see early pictures on Hyde DP -- cars do have access to the pedestrianised area though.

lynn: you probably need to use edit mode rather than compose mode to copy/paste the links.

isabella and ming: they weren't there long.

ame: go see the post at Wailea!

z: thanks -- fixed now; Andreea wasn't allowing permalinks, I think she may have made changes.
