A new mobile phone shop opened up in Clarendon Shopping Centre last week.
To celebrate and promote it, this young lady, dressed up in flippers and a snorkel, distributed balloons to all the passing children.
She was in good spirits when we met her early in the day.

I'm still trying to work out why she'd need flippers and snorkel in Hyde.
You would hae to pay me a lot of money to stand there and look like that!!!!
Bet they were drowning in customers after that (groan). Do they advertise on the web(groan again)? Starting a new business is always a struggle but they'll soon get into the swim (whimper). I too am struggling with the relevance of diving garb. Nice pic though!
I bet she wasn't in good spirits by the end of the day after all the comments she would get from passer-bys
