Shadows on Level 3
Level 3 of the Clarendon Shopping Centre car park is on the roof.
The large block of flats is John Grundy House.
It is named after John Grundy, a former mayor of Hyde. His widow, Kathleen, later held the same position in her own right. She was destined to be the last victim of Harold Fred Shipman, whose legacy, alas, still casts shadows across the town.

NIce capture there, Gerald!
ha! at first we were thinking that "level 3" was about the snow level - can you tell what we've been talking about lately?!! Anyway, it was a pleasant suprise to see sunshine and, of course, no snow!!
Great shadow shot for the day, Gerald, and very interesting, if sad story! Hope you have a great weekend!

Small cars...long shadows!
SILLY SHADOW DITTY
Shadows may or may not be
Patterns of urbanity.
If a shadow threatens you,
Here, my dear, is what to do:
Grab the shadow by the throat,
Toss it to a billy goat,
So the goat can chomp and chew,
Keeping it away from you!
