ABC Wednesday
C is for Chartist House
Chartist House as viewed from across Union Street.
It is one of two blocks of high rise flats in the town. Originally built as Council Housing but now operated by the New Charter Housing Association.

I am very partial to these types of buildings since I grew up in one in Tuzla, Bosnia (skyscraper at 10 stories). I notice there are no balconies. The buildings look in really good shape.
