This the second of six photographs from the
switching on of the Christmas lights outside the Town Hall.
If I heard correctly the singer on stage is called
Lady Gonegaga and she was entertaining the crowd with some loud rock music. I could hear her from above Union Street as I was making my way down Market Street.
Her act was followed by Mossley Brass Band.

Lady 'Gonegaga' - indeed she has LOL
We didn't get there this year - was sat in Hyde Library instead reading with our youngest which was fun.
I love the fact that the council is anarcistic enough to close the road off to traffic for the day!
I liked that agenda: From Lady Gonegaga to Mossley Brass Band. I see a sense of humour :-)
Well now! This is interesting.
