St George's School

St George's Church of England Primary School lies on Church Street.

When school is out it looks like Fort Knox with all the steel shutters and the high fence. Strong security around schools is alas a feature of the times we live in.

Still looks lovely for me. Over here there are cameras as well, at least at the private ones.

A great mean to measure time / life indeed. Please have a good new week.

How sad that schools have to be fortified rahter than becoming community gathering places

Security around schools... The distance to Afghanistan may be shorter than we'd like to think.

"St. Georges School " never looked like that when I went there from age five to eleven, I am glad to say it was a lovely school how things have changed.
