Hyde FC in Blue
As I reported here on August 24th 2010, Hyde FC's ground is now home to Manchester City Reserves for at least the next three years. As part of the deal, an upgrade of facilities has dramatically transformed Ewen Fields, with a new colour scheme and general improvements to the ground.
This is how the main stand now looks.
The new sign at the entrance to Ewen Fields can be viewed on Hyde DP Xtra.
A history of Hyde FC can now be found on Old Hyde.

The thy ought to play in red, whir and blue - which the Norwegian National Side does.
Up the blues, although as polarised as footy fans tend to be this close to Manchester, I'm sure this is the subject of many a bar top debate lol
Considering the dire straits the club has been in, this deal must have been a much-needed lifeline for the club.
It's looking spiffy!
Nice blue seats in the stands. Hope the team does well.
What can I say? Have a fun time at the Football Field.
I'll take the back seats; more protection from the sun
