Reflections in the Doorway of the White Lion

The light above the doorway to the White Lion is reflected in the façade.

To the left of the doorway is a newly erected plaque commemorating the 125th anniversary of the formation of Hyde Football Club. You can see a closer view of the plaque on Hyde DP Xtra.

Very unusual doorway - good to stop and notice it, even if you are gasping for a pint!

Well spotted Gerald... I walked past there the other day and noticed how bad some of the tile were on the corner... another thing I notice was just how many Lion heads are to be spotted..
Sorry about my lack of visits and comment Gerald... busy with "Hyde Cheshire" and health appointments... I've really enjoyed catching up here today... hope you and yours are all well.

What a great looking doorway. They don't make them like that anymore.
