North from #8

Last week I showed you Bridge #8 on the Peak Forest Canal.

This week I am showing you the view looking North from the bridge towards Captain Clarke's Bridge.

You can see view looking South on Hyde DP Xtra.

You can see a closer view of the shadows on the towpath at Shadow Shot Sunday.

What a wonderful, peaceful scene - so far from being available over here.
A wonderful Sunday for you.

A beautiful day there. I like how your canals have such shallow shoulders. Ours seem deeper--almost like a river bank. At least here on the Erie Canal.
