Hospital Petitioners
Liz Degnen and her followers were in Hyde on Saturday collecting signatures for her petition that calls for the sacking of the management at Tameside Hospital.
You can read a report about her petition on the Tameside Advertiser.
According to their website Truth About Tameside Hospital [dead link deleted], they collected over 1000 signatures.
Whilst many people have received excellent treatment at and from the hospital, a lot of folk are seriously disatisfied with a number of failings. I'm not taking sides.
The hospital will feature on the BBC Panorama Programme at 8.30pm tonight.

Somehow providing hope that there are still people having courage to do such a work.
Please have a nice weekend.

Thanks for telling me about the Panorama - I shall watch.
My recent experience was in Tameside Hospital and I was very well treated.
They are doing a great job!I hope they have great successes of it!
Have a nice week,
hugs

That's unfortunate, but are there any good bargains to be had at the £-Stretcher this week?
I went to Hyde last saturday specially just to sign the petition. For far too long now the management at that Hospital have spun their web of lies and deceit and the people of Tameside have had no say in the matter. Well now we have! And I for one couldn't get there quick enough to add my name to the growing support of this campaign. I think Liz Degnen's group are real hero's to give up so much of their time to fight for a better hospital for the people of Tameside and Glossop. So thank you and well done and keep up the good work, that's what I say!
