The view from the burial ground of St Michael and All Angels church at Mottram in Longdendale.
These Pennine hills stretch from Cheshire into Derbyshire and Yorkshire.

A very idyllic view! The stonework of the church looks lovely too.

Two great minds think alike Gerald... seems we have both gone for Mottram Church today.. you looking from and me towards.
I have been trying to think where I was stood when I took this... it could have been at the top of Dewsnap Lane near Hobson Moor... or even Harrop Edge..
Beautiful! I like the stones and the grass on the ground.
omg...I always wanted to live in a place like this
Heavenly view.
a great photo
