Going Round in the Rain
Even in the rain, the carousel on Hyde Market is a popular attraction. It has been operated by the same family for around a hundred years!

A moder merry-go-round ;) I know simmilar, with horses and sledges in the place of cars.
Just what one needs on a rainy day.
Wow. Is the carousel a hundred years old too? Love all the different figures!
There's something about a carousel that never grows old! We have one at Silver Springs Park and can't keep the adults off of it.
Nice shot.
We have no carousel around here and I wish we did! It's lovely!
Hi Gerald, hope you enjoyed your holls.
Great capture, can you really remember that long ago.lol.
Lovely.
That looks like a Magic Roundabout.
Where's Zebedee?
Talk about a towns heritage! Very colourful.
I sat on there many a time Gerald... I can also recall when the Funfair would be held here... Great shot Gerald
That is quite a unique merry go round. Beautiful! Oh, to be a child again. :-)
A nice carousel. My favorite if I was 4 again, would be the English bus, something different for us.
