I see a discarded fast-food package, so my first guess would be somewhere near the pub you showed us a couple of days ago.
I know this well... I've walked over here many times, in all weathers, and believe me it gets mighty windy.... It's the bottom of the spiral path that leads to / from the bridge over the M67 near Morrisons.
I was going to say some sort of bridge.
As Chadders seems to know the answer, I'd guess that the bridge is called Eric.
I'll be honest I was convinced that must be a lead down towards a railway station. I see I am woefully wrong.
