Authentic Indian Cuisine
Jefferson's cheese stall in the indoor market is no more. The couple have retired.
However, Kelly has taken over the space with her authentic Indian cuisine. The produce is all home-made and you can sample her wares before you buy.
She can also be found in Mossley and at the Farmer's Market in Ashton.

Had to come and visit you from Mrs. Nesbitt's. Just wanted to meet someone else who gets upset with it's and its. Forever set in metal UGH!! You should read my post where I spelled 'weird wrong' and about died of embarrassment. I'm an ex-Brit and retired English teacher.
is it spicy?
Kelly and her authentic IRISH cuisine, I presume!
Sounds like good food, well prepared. Did you try any?
Very nice to see that someone dares to start afresh theses days!
Did you probe the meal?
It's nice we can try it befor buy.
Nice hint! I would like to taste it! :-) Léia
Looks delicious! I love it when they let you taste the food before you decide.
fantastic looking stuff
nice to see someone nice taking the place of another favorite
I now realise how popular Indian food is here. More than any other ethnic cuisine I suspect.
I love the smell of Indian Cuisine, but it is much too spicy for me. My next door neighbours are Indian, and her food smells delicious, again too spicy. She even makes seperate dishes for me without the hotter spice, and I still can't stand it.
Gill in Caanda
One wonders if she will have a stall in the new Ashton Market Hall opening the day after Thanksgiving
Great photo. Unfortunately we don't have any good Indian cuisine here in Belgrade.
You had commented at my blog, "good manipulation." Were you talking about manipulation in photoshop? Because that effect was done entirely in camera. I just felt a compelling need to clarify since it took me a long time to catch that picture just right! :)
Looks inviting and yummy. I had some awesome indian food in Hartley Wintney in the Hampshires a few weeks ago.
Well, I wish them all the best in their new venture. Indian cuisine is very popular in this area. Our son took us to an Indian Buffet a few weeks ago. It was fun to try different foods I had never tasted before. Enjoyed looking at everything in your photo, including what was on the shelves - so nosey of me ;)
looks good! I wish her the best, she looks like a nice lady.
Looks like everyone likes Indian cuisine! I liked the photo - well done.
The shop seems to have some real mouth watering dishes. Yum!!!!
The food looks so delicious that I imagine her offer of free samples ends up making for happy diners. Nice photo, Gerald.
