As I reported on
Old Hyde, the Theatre Royal was opened up as part of the Heritage Open Days.
I went on Friday and have now added an additional 12 photographs to my

Awesome shot.
It's Glasgow Open Doors this weekend, but as I'm travelling back up from down south on Sunday I'm going to miss it, unfortunately. Oh well - there's always next year.
You got the Go Ape stuff on my blog in one. I think the angle they've gone for is that it will be good for the kids from the estates, but as they're proposing charging an extortionate entrance fee I don't quite see how families on benefits are meant to benefit from it.
Hi Gerald,
The architectural details at the top the facade are pretty.
I am glad to hear they are reopening this theater.
Dennis should like to attend some event at the Hyde Theatre Royal in late May 2009.
