Platform 2
This is Hyde Central Station Platform 2.
There are, of course, only two platforms and this one is looking South towards Woodley, Romiley and Marple.

It looks like you are out in the countryside somewhere when taking the picture. I just imagined a large city where you live.
i love railway stations and train journeys - immortalised of course int he Harry Potter movies. we have no railway in crete, another thing i miss (along with decent rain showers) from my birth country!
I wonder how many trains pass through there each day? 1,2 or 3?
abraham nowhere in the UK is that far from the countryside.
gail's man Mondays-Fridays 17 in one direction and 16 in t'other; Saturdays 13 in one direction and 14 in t'other; Sundays None.
