John Grundy House
This block of flats in the center of town sits above the Clarendon Shopping Centre.
It is named after John Grundy, a former mayor of Hyde. His widow, Kathleen, later held the same position in her own right. She was destined to be the last victim of Harold Fred Shipman.

I don't know, that looks so American, lol.
Functional, but not very beautiful.
Interesting history there. Oh, I love to live above a shopping centre....lol...making shopping so convenient. :)
An interesting color scheme on the building. I agree with nikon that the building looks very functional but not very beautiful. However, the proximity to Clarendon Shopping Centre must be very convent.
Without Kathleen Grundy and her family he might never have been brought to justice.
A proper name - but with a history that makes it extremely sad
I remember that doctor from watching Sky News over the years.
