Jolly Carter

ABC Wednesday: J is for Jolly Carter.

I've featured a picture of the Jolly Carter here before, but it was almost two years ago (how time flies). This is from a different angle.

What changes can be spotted?

Looks quite inviting for a place to stop in and tilt a few. Like the hanging sign too. Being new to CDPB I had not noticed your ABC Wednesdays, but will check it out.
All the best.

I can't see any differences - they haven't weeded the hanging baskets.

I haven't had time to look up the first picture, so I can't spot the difference. However, I would have not againt looking it over right now!

A great J (or should I say pint-sized?).
