I love the word bollards - it just lends itself to blog titles, don't you think?! (I did it myself, I think in November!). Pile of fag ends, mmmm, nice touch!
What are behind the bollards that the vehicles should not run into?
These colors remind me of a campaign in the Philippines 'clean and green.'
