Raindrops on the Hydrangea
After a week of lovely warm sunshine, the weather has turned again and it has gone cold and we've had some heavy rain.
I've been very much under the weather myself but we carry on regardless. This evening as I put out the wheelie bin I noticed the raindrops glistening on the big hydrangea bush and took this picture.

Those hydrangea blooms should be just the thing to help you feel better and better.
I hope so, Gerald.
Oh, the hydrangeas look lovely. And such a vibrant color! Hope their hue helps put some pink back in your cheeks.
These bright blooms should brighten your day, I hope.
Lovely photo of the hydrangea blooms with rain drops. The color is so intense and gorgeous.
Still time to ride ... we are the same age and I just started in July!
We are having a very dry spell here at the moment. Humidity only 8% .... won't find any dew or rain on our plants!
Like you Gerald, the hydrangeas give good value - they also look great in the autumn.
Hope you're soon feeling better.
Flowers always make us feel better - hope this beautiful ones cheered you up.
Best wishes
Nice photo. I wish we had some of your rain. A drought plagues us and the nation's capitol where some old oaks are dying. It is a shame.
Hope you are feeling a tip top soon Gerald ;)
Great color in the hydrangeas, Gerald..I hope you feel better soon.
This is simply beautiful.
Incidentally, we’ll be running the Grand Hotel post tomorrow.
Take care!
Beautiful Gerald, just beautiful. Well spotted.
I hope you are feeling better, those hydrangeas are so beautiful!
That's an unusual, vibrant hydrangea!
Hope you'll feel better fast!
