Hyde chapel and contrail
I recently showed a view looking down on Hyde Chapel from Aspland Road.
Well I followed the path down into the village and along to the chapel. Eventually I found myself looking up at the spire as a jet plane passed.

Great to see this wonderful steeple up close.
Neat timing with the plane - it is very effective - giving a sense of
height and power.
I have a church on my post today too.
I always like to see the jets' traces. Nice combination with the spire of the church.
An inspiring view.
Stunning Shot Gereld
Love the steeple. Nice shot.
As children we used to be allowed, after Sunday School, to climb the tower and see them ringing the bell, I'm not sure if it still has a bell or if it is a recording of a bell like they have at Holy Trinity, which is the other church in the village
i like this view with the sign of the airplane on the sky! great shot
Ain't no place like home...
