Leading a Horse

Why is this horse being led and not ridden?

Well I simply don't know, but we do often get riders up this suburban road.

You might notice some more of those painted marks on the pavement like the ones I showed you in November. I still haven't found out any more about them.

You can lead a horse to water but you can't make him drink.
Nice country road for the horse to meander on.

Thanks for visiting.

There is a long-distance riding trail not far away in one direction and a stables not far in another direction and I suppose this route along fairly quiet suburban roads was a short cut between the two.

I don't suppose Hyde is a one horse town?

i suppose both of them are having a nice little chat. walking side by side easier to talk then riding on it :-)

So glad the postcards arrived. hopefully you will win a flight to Singapore from the Tourism Board hehe...

I found your site by looking up information about my home village Gee Cross. Looking at your photos of the last days you ask about the foot prints on the pavement, the colours are the key to finding out what they are for, its for people walking to school for example yellow and blue are Holy Trinity school. Its still pointless and mess-ups the place.

hi emily, glad you found us. It seems they have similar markings in Italy too as posted recently on Novaro Daily Photo.
