1000 pound , that's hefty!
It's my big fear that one of my cats goes wild and escapes the garden they're in.
Congrats on the more than 200 posts!!
Poor Charlie or poor Charlie's owner. It's so awful when you lose a pet.
Such a dilemma between keeping them in and giving them freedom which usually ends in tears.
I really think pet owners should cleanup up after them. But 1000 pounds sounds a little excessive.
