The ground floor and the open land adjacant is Pay & Display but there is free parking on the upper levels.
The upper levels are closed though in the evening so make sure you get back in time!

Helloooooooo, Gerald! This "multi-story carpark" reminds me of the tall parking garages in NYC (but the ones in NYC are considerably bigger, of course). We don't even have a lot of parking garages where I live - there's lots of space utilized for surface parking it seems.
